Every single year I go a little crazy over New Years.
I create this giant list of resolutions.
I vow that “NOW” is the time, to all of a sudden learn to cook,
10 lbs ok, maybe 15 lbs, exercise more,
save more, eat out less, pay off this pay off that blah blah blah.
It is good, very good to have these goals…
because I do want to do all of those things.
However, personally, I don’t want the pressure of having to
take them all on at one time.
As long as, everyday, I consciously choose to
step towards my goals instead of staying stuck I will
consider it a success.
The best part is, there is a NEW day, EVERYDAY. So
if I lose my way for a moment I have 365 times
to try again.
So anyway, I am going to do the best I can, with what I have.
ONE New Year’s Intention?
