I wanted to let you know that I’m working on a super post about one of my biggest game changers in the world of Adrenal Fatigue. It wasn’t complete just yet, so today I’ll be sharing with you one of my all time favorite quotes. A must-read for sure.

YES. Right? Isn’t it the best? So simple but so incredibly true. Now, if onnnnnly I could remember this when I need it the most– (when trying to do all of the things I think I should be doing and causing unneeded stress) but it’s a process… and as you know, I’m working on it.

Breathe. Allow. Release. Have compassion. Just. Be. You.
